These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ink Bookie. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Ink Bookie provides booking, client-management, scheduling, messaging, and payment tools for tattoo artists and studios.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
Your content and clients
You retain ownership of the content and client information you add. You are responsible for that data and confirm you have the necessary rights and consent to upload it (including client details and reference photos). You grant Ink Bookie the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Ink Bookiefor anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes others’ rights, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Payments and subscription
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis; you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method until you cancel. Client deposits and payments are processed through your own connected Stripe or Square account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
Third-party services
Ink Bookieintegrates with services such as Google, Stripe, Square, Resend, and Twilio. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers’ terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ink Bookie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Ink Bookie at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
